In 2012, The McCloud Group’s term contract with Greenwich Public Schools to provide on-call CM services for a variety of renovation and upgrade projects was extended for another year. Our mandate to provide comprehensive project oversight throughout all phases of a project continued.

Pre-Construction services typically include design and constructability reviews, value engineering, cost estimating, scheduling, logistics planning and procurement.  Construction phase services include  coordinating, inspecting and monitoring of the work; cost and schedule control; estimating and change management; shop drawing and submittal reviews; project reporting; and coordinating the development of as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and additional project closeout documentation.
