In 2010, The McCloud Group was engaged under a term contract with Greenwich Public Schools to provide on-call CM services for a variety of renovation and upgrade projects. TMG’s mandate was to provide  comprehensive project oversight throughout all phases of any project assigned under this contract.

Pre-Construction services typically include design and constructability reviews, value engineering, cost estimating, scheduling, logistics planning and procurement.  Construction phase services include  coordinating, inspecting and monitoring of the work; cost and schedule control; estimating and change management; shop drawing and submittal reviews; project reporting; and coordinating the development of as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals and additional project closeout documentation.
